Modern Cliffside House

This house has 3 bedrooms (including a guest suite with kitchenette), 3.5 bathrooms, plus a walk-in closet converted to a nursery. There's are two garages in the basement that can hopefully be useful in future updates, and a space for an elevator if that ever becomes a thing. Otherwise that space can be used for storage. Due to bugs, some of the rooms are not separated. Also, I didn't delete the ceilings inside the roof because I'm not sure if it would classify the rooms as being outside. So the vaulted ceilings aren't very vaulted.
