Canelé Dress [verynox]

PLEASE NOTE: This dress is VERY clippy! This dress has a mind of it's own and cannot be tamed by silly things like chairs. Because the dress is much poofier than Paralives clothes are meant to be (and also I'm not very good at making them lol), it will go right through chairs and other objects, the Para's arms will vanish into the dress, etc. This shouldn't cause any gameplay issues but it looks kind of funny.
