Dutch Townhouse student appartment in Den Haag

An attempt at recreating the house where some of my best friends used to live in Den Haag at Het Spui. The lot is a old Dutch townhouse that has been converted into appartments. It holds a basement, a ground floor (probably ocupied by your landlord's grandson) and an upstairs appartment. Will you renovate and restore it to its former glory or revel in student living aesthetic?
