FOR SALE: The Owens House, Magnolia Drive Have you ever wanted to live in the Owens House on Magnolia Drive? Sadly it's not real for you, but for Paras it is. Live vicariously through them. Just make sure things stay buried this time. A late nineteenth century American Second Empire Victorian set on a private coastal bluff. Octagonal lantern tower, mansard roof, wraparound veranda, attached glass conservatory. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms (one ensuite). Original architectural detailing throughout including dark wood panelling, parquet flooring, ornate balustrades, and decorative corbels. Substantial cellar with original cast iron stove and exposed brick walls. Grounds include a freestanding gazebo with sea views, white rose pergola with seating, kitchen garden plot, mature trees including the resident dead oak, and a detached garage. Bordered by white picket fencing and accessed via a winding stone-walled drive. Estimated value: ₱1,900,000. Note: house comes with unusual atmospheric character. Some superstitions persist locally. Buyer discretion advised. This is my first build for Paralives so there may be some issues as the house was rather annoying to build, if anyone has tips or hints to any issues please let me know. Also this was built using Heather Aspinall's dollhouse which is amazing as well as the blueprints for the model built for the film.
